Error syncing a site to device due to shortcut : Support

Cannot sync a Sharepoint site because of a shortcut Print

If you try to sync a site on Sharepoint down to your machine and this error message appears:

you may have a shortcut to a Sharepoint site in your OneDrive folder, with an icon like this:

This will happen if you click Add shortcut to OneDrive

If you remove this from your OneDrive, you should then be able to sync the site from Sharepoint
