- Down by the clock (Lower Right side of the screen) look for the TeamViewer Icon

- If you can not, you may need to click on the expansion chevron to show the hidden icons

- Double Click on the Icon to open the TeamViewer main screen, where you can see your ID.
- Click on the little Cog\Gear Icon
- Click on Security.
- Clcik on Manage additional Passwords.
- A new window opens and should see password for ninja, please do not delete that.
- Click on Add.
- Add an identifer (a friendly name, like 'support').
- Add a password that you have noted down.
- Click on Add.
- You should now see your new password in the list.
