- Down by the clock (Lower Right side of the screen) look for the TeamViewer Icon

- If you can not, you may need to click on the expansion chevron to show the hidden icons.

- Right-click on the icon and select Options
- Scroll down to Advanced settings for connections to this computer, and create a password in the Personal password section.
- Click OK to make this change effective.
- If you wish to add further passwords, go back to the Personal password section:
- Click Manage additional Passwords
- Click Add in the Password Management window
- Type a friendly name in here, like 'Support', or if a third-party is accessing your machine, something like 'Microsoft'.
- Create a password
- Type the password again to confirm
- Click Add to create the manual password - it will now appear in the Password Management window
- Click OK to confirm the changes.
- You should now see your new password in the list:
