Outlook - How to delete an Email Signature

Open Outlook, click on File > Options.
Step 2
From the left menu, click Mail and then click the Signatures button on the right.
Step 3
Select the signature you wish to delete and click the Delete button.
How to Delete an Email Signature from Outlook 2003 – 2007
Step 1
Open Outlook, click on Tools > Options.
Step 2
Click on the Mail Format tab at the top and then click the Signatures button.
Step 3
Select the signature you wish to delete and click the Delete button.
How to Delete an Email Signature Directly from the Signatures Folder
If the above method doesn’t work for you, you can use the below method to remove the email signature directly from the Signatures folder where Outlook keeps all signatures.
Step 1
Open Outlook, click on File > Options.
Step 2
From the left menu, click Mail and then press and hold the CTRL key on your keyboard while clicking on the Signatures button on the right.
This will open the folder where Outlook stores all of the signature files.
Step 3
There will be 3 files and 1 folder that you’ll need to delete.
Files to delete:
<your_signature_name>.htm
<your_signature_name>.rtf
<your_signature_name>.txt
Folder to delete:
<your_signature_name>_files
