When running an Office application, you may find a plugin not working because the program senses that plugin is slowing down the running of the application. As a result, these plugins are then disabled.
To re-enable the plugin:
- Navigate to File

- Click on Options at the lower-end of the window
- Find Add-ins, then click on the drop-down next to Manage, where you will find COM Add-ins. Then click Go
- Check the box next to the desired plugin and click OK.
- Close and re-open the program (Outlook/Excel, etc.)
