When running an Office application, you may find a plugin not working because the program senses that plugin is slowing down the running of the application. As a result, these plugins are then disabled.

To re-enable the plugin:

  1. Navigate to File
  2. Click on Options at the lower-end of the window
  3. Find Add-ins, then click on the drop-down next to Manage, where you will find COM Add-ins. Then click Go
  4. Check the box next to the desired plugin and click OK.
  5. Close and re-open the program (Outlook/Excel, etc.)
